Dua when entering the toilet

اللّهُـمَّ إِنِّـي أَعـوذُ بِـكَ مِـنَ الْخُـبْثِ وَالْخَبائِث

(In the name of Allah). O Allah, I take refuge with you from all evil and evil-doers.
